As a BCBA at Opal Autism Centers, you play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to our incredible EL clients. Your primary responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, creating and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective behavior intervention services. You are expected to meet specific performance metrics that contribute to the center’s operational efficiency and clinical excellence.
