Position Details

Location: 3235 E. Overland Road, Meridian, ID 8364
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay Rate: $19.00/hour, with bi-annual performance reviews
Training Pay Rate: $11.00/hour during the 4-week training period
Training Duration: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8 AM – 6 PM (schedule may vary)

What You’ll Do

Work one-on-one with children in a fun and structured learning environment.
Use evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Receive ongoing coaching and support from experienced BCBAs.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma required.
Certification: CPR certification (must be obtained before start date).
Transportation: Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal screening.
Availability: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (schedule may vary).
Physical Ability: Sit, stand, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Technology: Must access online training videos via the internet.
Training & Exam: Complete all new hire training and pass the RBT exam within the required timeframe.

This is a full-time position - you must be available to work between 8:00 am & 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. We cannot accommodate part-time schedules or work days that end at 5pm or 5:30pm etc. - Can you commit to this condition?
