What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Clinic Director at Opal Autism Centers, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a clinic, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services are delivered to clients with autism. You’ll lead a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians, maintain a caseload, and oversee key performance indicators crucial to the clinic’s operational and clinical success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise clinical practice and ensure high-standard behavioral health services.
• Manage clinic operations and maintain alignment with company policies and operational timelines.
• Maintain a personal caseload with 20–25 billable hours per week, depending on center growth stage.
• Collaborate with admissions, recruiting, credentialing, authorizations, billing, and HR teams.
• Monitor and drive BCBA and RBT productivity.
• Reduce client cancellations and achieve client admission targets.
• Manage authorized versus scheduled hours to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee client admissions into the Early Intervention program and ensure timely service conversions.
• Align staff hiring with client needs and manage staff turnover through retention strategies.
• Foster a collaborative, professional work environment and conduct staff feedback sessions and evaluations.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain (if applicable in state of employment)
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral analysis (leadership experience preferred).
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse clinical and administrative teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
